What a Weekend!
The 2025 Mid-America Working Terrier Trials Recap
The 2025 Mid-America Working Terrier Trials were held June 28-29 in Norfolk, Nebraska-and by the time you read this, we’ll be reflecting on another fantastic event in the books.
The Mid-America Board would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all who came out to enjoy the weekend and play with their dogs. From new faces to longtime friends, your energy and enthusiasm make the event unforgettable year after year.
We especially want to thank all of our volunteers who dedicate countless hours behind the scenes to make everything happen. It’s hard to believe this all started from a dream back in 2001-and here we are, still going strong.
Special Thanks
We would like to thank all of our judges-you give of yourselves for the entire weekend to celebrate the little white dog. You dedication and love for these terriers is the heart of this community.
Every year, we aim to improve
Last year, we invested in automatic timers for Go-to-Ground.
This year, we built and upgraded several new Go-to-Ground tunnels.
We’re especially excited to showcase the handmade awards crafted by Mike Cox-they are a true labor of love.
To our amazing sponsors, thank you! Your generosity helps us grow and improve every year. And we want to give a special shoutout to the talented Ginger Nichols-we wouldn’t have these sponsorships without her tireless work. She is truly amazing.
